Chen Chang’s new Netflix drama ‘Surinam’ is scheduled to launch on September 9 and released its poster. The drama co-stars Jung-woo Ha, Jeong-min Hwang, Hae-soo Park, Ja-Hyeon Chu, and Chen Chang, and is directed by Jong-bin Yoon.

The series is rated as 19 forbidden and is expected to have 6 episodes with a total length of 371 minutes and 26 seconds. It is said that the production cost is up to 35 billion won.

‘Surinam’ is adapted from a true story about a civilian entrepreneur who risks his life to assist the National Intelligence Agency in a covert operation to capture a Korean drug lord in Suriname, South America.

Jung-woo Ha plays the role of an officer who helps to capture the drug lord, Jeong-min Hwang plays the drug lord who controls Suriname, and Woo-jin Jo, Yeon-Seok Yoo, Hae-soo Park, and Ja-Hyeon Chu play the roles of a member of a drug trafficking organization and a key member of an intelligence agency, respectively.
