Netflix is planning a biographical series about the legendary rock band U2, and it’s already in development and is still in the early stages.
Jeffrey Jacob Abrams is expected to serve as executive producer through his Bad Robots company, with Anthony McCarten (“Bohemian Rhapsody” “Theory of Everything”) as writer, and Warner Bros. TV and Bad Robots to produce it.
The extent and plot of U2’s involvement in the project is currently unknown.
