Gary Oldman recently told the radio program TalkSport while promoting his new drama “Slow Horses” that he will be working with Christopher Nolan again in the latter’s new director’s new film “Oppenheimer”.

Oldman is scheduled to shoot one day in May, just one scene, and the script takes up a page and a half.

This World War II thriller stars Cillian Murphy as J. Robert Oppenheimer, America’s “Father of the Atomic Bomb”. Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Ben Safdie, Josh Hartnett, Dane DeHaan, Jack Quaid, Matthew Modine, Alden Ehrenreich, David Krumholtz, Dylan Arnold, Michael Angarano, Kenneth Branagh, David Dastmalchian, Jason Clarke, James D’Arcy, David Rysdahl, Matthias Schweighöfer, Gustaf Skarsgård, Alex Wolff also star.

Gary Oldman joins Nolan's new 'Oppenheimer'

“Oppenheimer” is funded and distributed by Universal, directed & written by Nolan, and will be released in North America on July 21 next year.
