On December 1, the new “West Side Story” directed by Steven Spielberg released the IMAX poster for the film’s upcoming North American release on December 10.
The new version of “West Side Story” is adapted from the Broadway musical of the same name, which is also the first musical in the standard sense shot by Steven Spielberg.
The film tells of a forbidden love between two men and women from different street gangs in a New York ghetto in the 1950s.

On the poster, the protagonists Ansel Elgort and Rachel Zegler face each other with affectionate lips.
Some scenes of dancing on the street are presented in the form of gouache painting.
