Chevalier’, directed by Stephen Williams (‘Watchmen’ ‘Westworld’) and also starring Alex Fitzalan, Minnie Driver and Jim High, focuses on the extraordinary life of Chevalier de Saint-Georges.

Written by Stefani Robinson (‘Fargo’ ‘Atlanta’), the film features Saint-Georges, the illegitimate son of an African slave and a French plantation owner, who rose to incredible heights in 18th century French society as a world-renowned fencer and famous violin composer, only to fall in love after an ill-fated affair and a relationship with Marie Antoinette (queen of Louis XVI of France) and her court collapsed suddenly after an unhappy love affair .
