The new HBO series ‘The Idol’ starring Lily-Rose Melody Depp, The Weeknd, Troye Sivan, BLACKPINK’s Jennie and more has released a new teaser trailer, painted in a retro, paper-thin style, “from the muck of Hollywood “.
The show is created by ‘Euphoria’ creator Sam Levinson and The Weeknd, with Joseph Epstein as the runner.
‘The Idol’ follows an up-and-coming pop star who begins an affair with a mysterious L.A. club owner who is also the head of a contemporary cult.
