HBO Max has announced the Season 2 renewal of the comedy series “Our Flag Means Death.” The first season of the show started in March this year, starring Rhys Darby, Taika Waititi, Fred Armisen, Nat Faxon, etc., and created by David Jenkins (“Fourth types of earth people”).
The story is inspired by the real adventures of Stede Bonnet in the 18th century, a pampered aristocrat who gave up a life of privilege to become a pirate.
Waititi as Blackbeard, the most feared pirate of all time, directed and executive produced the first episode.
