Disney’s new animated film “Pinocchio” has released its first stills, and the film will be officially released on Disney+ in the fall.

The film is directed by Robert Zemeckis, the director of “Forrest Gump”, and Tom Hanks plays the “father” of the little puppet Pinocchio, the old carpenter Geppetto, which is also another collaboration between the two.

Luke Evans plays the villain, The Coachman, who is notorious for luring and abducting “stupid little boys.”

According to the newly released stills, the Pinocchio in the film should be based on the animated version.

“Pinocchio” was adapted from Disney’s animation “Pinocchio”, while the 1940 animated version was adapted from the fairy tale novel by Italian author Carlo Collodi.

It tells the story of an old carpenter who makes a puppet boy, Pinocchio, who is brought to life by a fairy, who is told that he can become a real boy if he shows qualities like bravery and honesty.

Pinocchio also embarked on a series of adventures, from a willful, mischievous, lazy, unloving puppet to a polite, hard-working, loving learning, caring and kind child.

The animated version of “Pinocchio” won the 1941 Academy Awards for Best Score and Best Original Song.
