“I would say I grew up in Texas and was good at sports. When you play point guard or quarterback, a good quarterback or point guard, they have amnesia,” Jonathan Majors told reporters about how he approaches the role differently.

“They don’t remember the good plays, they don’t remember the bad plays, they just remember that they’re going to play the game. So that’s how I approach the role, I just play the script and tell the story, that’s how I do it.”

Although Jonathan Majors has only confirmed two variants of Kang the Conqueror so far (‘Loki’ and ‘Ant-Man’ versions).

“I think the story about Kang, even as a comic, is that he contains multiple sides,” he says.” For me, it was a great exploration of myself, just to see how much of myself I could explore and share, and that’s what playing a series of Kang gave me the opportunity to do”
