HBO original series “Winning Time: The Rise Of The Lakers Dynasty” reveals character posters and stills.
Oscar winner Adrien Brody plays Los Angeles Lakers head coach Pat Riley, Quincy Isaiah plays Magic Johnson, Jason Clarke plays coach Jerry West (whose silhouette is the NBA logo), and John C. Reilly plays Lakers owner Jerry Buss.
“Winning Time: The Rise Of The Lakers Dynasty,” run by “The Big Short” director Adam McKay, will focus on the story of Pat Riley’s four NBA championships in the 1980s when he coached the Los Angeles Lakers.
“Winning Time: The Rise Of The Lakers Dynasty” will begin airing on HBO on March 6 this year, and on HBO Max on the same day.
