The new murder mystery drama ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’ has announced a digital launch on September 6 and a Blu-ray and DVD release on September 13. the film has already grossed $107 million at the worldwide box office.
‘Where the Crawdads Sing’ stars Daisy Edgar-Jones (‘Normal People’) in an adaptation of the hit novel ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’, for which Taylor Swift wrote & sang the new song ‘Carolina’.
The story focuses on a resilient young woman, two loves and a murder: Kya, the heroine, is abandoned by her family and lives alone in the wetlands outside a small town in North Carolina.
She has since become a respected author, publishing reference books on local flora and fauna, only to be accused of murdering her ex-boyfriend.
