On the set photo, is a board beater with the title of “Renfield” written on it, along with the names of the director and cameraman.

Judging from the font of the movie title, “Renfield” may be a rather retro-styled movie.

The film is adapted from the famous novel “Dracula” by Bram Stoker, known as the “Father of Vampires”.

In the vampire system, Renfield was Dracula’s number one supporter, living in a mental hospital, ostensibly suffering from paranoia. But in reality, he was Dracula’s servant.

Like Universal’s “The Invisible Man,” the film doesn’t tell the vampire story directly, but re-opens the whole story from another angle.

It is also reported that “Renfield” will follow the adaptation of “The Invisible Man”, moving the background of the story to modern times.

In order to play this character well, Nicolas Cage read a lot of films before the film started, and learned how to play Dracula from the previous Dracula actors.

At present, the details of “Renfield” have not been disclosed, and the release time has not been determined.
