‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ rises to sixth at the global box office in movie history

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” grossed $1.69 billion worldwide as of last weekend (721 million in North America and 970 million outside North America).

That moved the film to sixth place on the global box office charts for a single film in history, surpassing “Jurassic World” (1.67 billion) and 2019’s “The Lion King” (1.66 billion).
