The film officially changed the title from the imaginative “Kitbag” to the straightforward “Napoleon”.

The title “Kitbag” comes from Napoleon’s famous quote: “In every soldier’s bag is a marshal’s staff”.

The film will be told from the perspective of Napoleon and his wife Josephine.
