IMAX recently announced that it has accumulated over $10 billion at the box office (narrative, non-documentary).

This movie projection system marked by a huge screen was formerly a documentary screening platform in the Science Museum and other places. Since the re-screening of “Apollo 13” in 2002, IMAX has transformed into film post-production and has begun to cooperate with various Hollywood film companies.

Today there are IMAX screens in theaters in 85 countries around the world, with a total of more than 1,664 screens.

Many films will be released on IMAX screens in theaters, or shot in the IMAX format, and “The Batman”, the latest Hollywood blockbuster to hit theaters worldwide, has grossed nearly $600 million at the global box office, including $47.6 million at the IMAX box office.
