The History Channel hit ‘Ancient Aliens’ will be made into a movie, run by Legendary Pictures, directed by Josh Heald (‘Cobra Kai’), with Craig Titley (‘Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief’ ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’) wrote the screenplay.
‘Ancient Aliens’ is a pseudo-documentary series that started in 2009 with the idea that “aliens visited Earth in the distant past, long ago, and made some ancient human civilizations think of them as gods and goddesses. What traces did the aliens leave behind?”
Specific information about the film version is still confidential, except that it is a two-lead film about a global adventure involving ancient locations, artifacts, and will also include questions and theories raised by the episode.
