Character posters for “Death on the Nile”, adapted from Agatha Christie’s novel of the same name, are revealed today.
Kenneth Branagh, Gal Gadot, Letitia Wright and other characters appeared, but there is no male lead Armie Hammer, which is estimated to be related to the “sex scandal” exposed by the latter last year.
“Death on the Nile” will be released in North America on February 11 this year.
The story follows three murders on a yacht sailing on the Nile, and Belgian detective Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh, who is also the director of the film) investigates the incident.
Eventually Poirot gathers the tourists and uncovers the truth of the three cases.
The rich daughter Linnet Ridgeway Doyle played by Gal Gadot, her fiancé Simon Doyle (Armie Hammer) who she “snatched” from her good friend Jacqueline de Bellefort (Emma Mackey), and Detective Poirot all appeared.
Other cast members include Letitia Wright (Sister Black Panther), Annette Bening, Ali Fazal, Sophie Okonedo, Tom Bateman, Emma Mackey and others.
“Death on the Nile” was shot on 65mm film.
