Dwayne Johnson starring in the new DC film ‘Black Adam’ released the official poster and character posters, October 21 Northern America release.
The film is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (‘Non-Stop’ ‘Jungle Cruise’), with Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, Viola Davis returning as Amanda Waller, Aldis Hodge (‘Leverage’) as Hawkman, Noah Centineo (‘To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You’) as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell (‘Euphoria’) as Cyclone, Sarah Shahi (‘ Person of Interest’), Marwan Kenzari (‘Aladdin’) and others also starred.
Unlike the comics, the film version of Black Adam is defined as an ancient Egyptian slave, not a prince. Pierce Brosnan’s Doctor Fate urges Black Adam to be good, but Black Adam prefers to destroy the world.
