James Parnell Spears submitted a document to the Los Angeles Superior Court on September 7 (Tuesday): “Recently, supervision-related matters have been questioned, and the relevant circumstances have changed drastically. The reason (James) for establishing supervision may no longer exist.”

“Ms. Britney told the court that she wanted to regain control of her life without supervision.”

The petition also mentioned that Britney expressed the hope that he could supervise his personal medical and financial status.
