Movie World

At present, the Marvel movie “Spider-Man: No Way Home” invested and distributed by Sony is still in the world.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home”d’s cumulative global box office has reached 1.63 billion US dollars, and it is temporarily ranked 8th in the global box office cumulative box office.

Recently, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” has exposed a lot of deleted footage.

For example, in the early set photos and behind-the-scenes footage: Tom Holland’s younger brother snatch something and run away.

Other cut clips about the film will surely continue to be revealed, including some scenes that never made it to the filming stage.

As one of the supporting characters of “Spider-Man: No Way Home”, Doctor Strange plays a very important role in the plot.

But according to the recently leaked “Spider-Man: No Way Home” drop-off concept design, at least one scene has been deleted or altered.

Sean Hargreaves shared this image on the ArtStation website: From a distance, Doctor Strange is clearly sick in his hospital bed, and Peter Parker is standing in front of his bed to communicate with him.

Zooming in on the picture: we can see that the suspended cloak sits “straight” at the end of the bed, showing its arrogant temperament.

At the same time, the designer also shared an unpainted black and white design: this may be another angle of Doctor Strange’s bedroom, with a seemingly innocuous Doctor Strange standing there.

These few blueprints don’t provide much context. Like when did the scene happen, or which scene did it end up being replaced by, or was it just cut from the movie.

However, judging from Peter Parker’s clean and tidy image, this scene could have taken place in the Sanctuary of New York.

That means it could be another version of the scene where Peter Parker first visits Doctor Strange for help.

So, it means that in the early script, Doctor Strange fell ill and couldn’t even get out of bed…

Interestingly, in Marvel comics, Doctor Strange has a nickname in the fan circle: Doctor Kidney Deficiency.

There are many origins of this nickname, so I won’t go into details here.

Personally, the reason why Marvel decided to delete this scene is probably because of the rationality of Doctor Strange’s large number of action scenes and multiple magic spells in the follow-up plot.
