On October 20th, director Steven Caple Jr. posted new photos of Optimus Prime and announced that the filming of the latest Transformers movie “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” has officially ended.

The “Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” story is set in 1994.

This time, the war on the earth is no longer only Autobots and Decepticons, Maximals, Predacon and Terrorcons, more characters will join them.

Among them, Optimus Prime is the commander of the Maximals squad, and he will start a fierce battle with the Predacon squad led by Megatron.

The film is directed by Steven Caple Jr., with Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback playing human roles.

“Transformers: Rise of the Beasts” is expected to be released in North America on June 24, 2022.
