This story is full of unexpected happy moments, such as the appearance of the ball king Maradona (the title is also derived from this), and there are equally unprepared tragedies.

Even though fate controls the overall situation, and joys and sorrows crisscross along the way, Fabietto’s glorious future is still waiting for him.

“The Hand of God” also won the Jury Prize at the 78th Venice Film Festival in 2021. The film’s leading actor Filippo Scotti also won the best newcomer actor for this film.

At the same time, “The Hand of God” will also represent Italy in the 94th Oscar for Best International Film Award.

Director Paolo Sorrentino has previously directed films such as “La grande bellezza” and “Youth”. He once won the 86th Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film for “La grande bellezza”.

It is reported that the movie “The Hand of God” will be available on streaming Netflix on December 15.
