The stage play “Spirited Away” adapted from Hayao Miyazaki’s classic animated film was officially opened in Tokyo, Japan, and a group of stage play stills were exposed at the same time.
Hashimoto Kanna and Mone Kamishiraishi, who played ogino chihiro, appeared at the opening ceremony yesterday, and the two played the AB roles of ogino chihiro respectively.
The play is a stage play to commemorate the 90th anniversary of Toho’s founding. It is directed by John Kelder. It will tour 5 cities in Japan until July this year, and has received performance invitations from overseas.
