The live-action version of “The Little Mermaid” starring Halle Bailey recently shared a new behind-the-scenes photo on social media!
The “The Little Mermaid” live-action film produced by Disney recently announced that the film will be released in North America on May 26, 2023.
In a tweet, Halle Bailey said: “2021 is an unforgettable year. I have done what I dream of. I am extremely proud of myself and look forward to the next year.”

“The Little Mermaid” is adapted from the 1989 classic animation of the same name, and the film is directed by Rob Marshall.
Halle Bailey played the heroine mermaid Ariel; Jonah Hauer-King played Prince Eric; Javier Bardem played King Triton; Melissa McCarthy played the villain Ursula; Jacob Tremblay and Awkwafina played Ariel’s friends Flounder and Scuttle.
