‘Madame Web’ continues to expand its cast. Recently, the media said that Mike Epps, who had appeared in films such as ‘Bessie’ and ‘School Dance’, joined the cast of ‘Madame Web’.

Madame Web in the comic is usually an older blind woman Cassandra Webb, because of neuromuscular disease, she can not move and breathe easily, need to be connected to the spider web like a survival system.
She has precognitive powers and has helped Spider-Man find kidnapped people. The movie will adapt this setting, she has a connection with the “multiverse”, and may be an important character to open multiple universes.
‘Madame Web’ is the first superhero movie with a female protagonist in Sony’s Marvel character universe, directed by S.J. Clarkson and written by Matt Sazama & Burk Sharpless, with a Northern America release on July 7, 2023.
