K.J. Apa (“Riverdale”) and Isabel May (“1883”) will star in the new DC superhero film “Wonder Twins”, directed and written by Adam Sztykiel (“Black Adam” “Rampage”), and produced by HBO Max.
Wonder Twins was originally a character in the 1970s animated series “All-New Super Friends Hour”. They are young partners of old-school heroes such as Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, and were later introduced into the comics and DC main universe.
Wonder Twins consists of brother Zan and twin sister Jayna. They are aliens. They touch each other to gain superpowers and telepathy.
Zan can be turned into water and Jayna can be turned into an animal.
