In the official poster previously released by the movie “Spencer”, Princess Diana, played by Kristen Stewart, wore a gorgeous dress that caught the eye and amazed countless audiences.
A few days ago, “Spencer” revealed the behind-the-scenes production process of this costume for us.
The prototype of this dress is Chanel’s 1988 spring and summer haute couture. It was created by five dedicated craftsmen and took 1034 hours to reproduce.
The exquisite embroidery alone took 700 hours.
The skirt is beige, and the skirt is in the shape of an organ, decorated with vine embroidery composed of gold and silver sequins, which is extremely dreamy.
It is reported that Kristen Stewart’s character modeling in “Spencer” is restored from Princess Diana’s life.
Princess Diana loved the white line when she was alive. Whether she was getting married, visiting abroad, or attending events, she often appeared in white, elegant and noble.
“Spencer” is directed by Pablo Larraín, and the story revolves around the breakup of Diana and Prince Charles’ marriage.
“Spencer” has been shortlisted for the main competition of the 78th Venice Film Festival and will be screened in North America on November 5.
