Beginning with “Moon Knight”, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has stepped into the supernatural realm. At the same time, this also means that Marvel has another style: horror.
In addition to “Moon Knight”, the upcoming “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” is also a bit spooky, and there is also the first Halloween special coming to Disney+ in the near future.
In this special, Gael García Bernal will play one of Marvel’s most terrifying creatures, Werewolf By Night; a character closely related to Moon Knight.
There were previous rumors that Marvel wanted to broadcast the special this year, but later it was reported that the shooting progress of the project was slightly delayed.
Now, however, according to Georgia’s official (film) production site, Disney+ is filming a special called “Buzzcut.”
“Buzzcut” is the tentative title for Marvel’s upcoming Halloween special, which could hit Disney+ in October 2022, just in time for Halloween.
Although the project has only recently started filming, the scheduled shooting time is only three weeks, so production can be completed by the end of April, and the crew still has about six months to complete post-production. In this way, the time is properly enough.
“Werewolf By Night: Buzzcut” could be coming to Disney+ this year.
