Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey has petitioned a judge to dismiss a sexual assault lawsuit against him by actor Anthony Rapp.

Earlier, “Star Trek: USS PAN” actor Anthony Rapp filed a lawsuit in New York alleging that he was sexually assaulted by Kevin Spacey at a party when he was 14 years old.

This incident became the fuse that Spacey was banned from Hollywood.

This isn’t the first time Kevin Spacey has been charged. He faced charges against a masseuse in Los Angeles, but the case was dropped after the masseuse’s death.

He was also investigated in London, England, but no lawsuit was formed. Attorneys for Spacey claimed that the kind of thing Rapp said never happened.

“There is no direct evidence that the brief contact between Spacey’s hand and Rapp’s ass was for sexual gratification,” the lawyer wrote.

This time, can Spacey escape?
