Black Adam’s exit is part of a series of big changes at DC, including the removal of Henry Cavill as Superman. James Gunn recently responded to the outcry over some of the moves, saying, “We knew there would be a period of turmoil.”

There has been constant speculation about who will return and who will be redone, as well as rumors that Aquaman actor Jason Momoa will return to the DC universe in a different role.

Since its release, ‘Black Adam’ itself has generally underperformed at the box office, but at least it still has a chance to make back its money. As for the DCU as a whole, the box office doesn’t lie.
