“My Policeman” firstly revealed stills, and is scheduled for release in Northern America and the United Kingdom on October 21 this year

Harry Styles, Emma Corrin, and David Dawson star in the new same-sex drama “My Policeman,” which is scheduled for release in Northern America and the U.K. on October 21 and on Amazon on November 4.

Tony Award and Laurence Olivier Awards winner Michael Grandage (“Genius”) directed by Ron Nyswaner (“Soldier’s Girl” “Philadelphia “) wrote the screenplay.

Based on the novel of the same name by Bethan Roberts, “My Policeman” is set in 1950s Brighton, England, where Marion (Corrin), a school teacher, falls in love at first sight with Tom (Styles), a handsome policeman, and the two soon fall in love.

Soon after, Tom meets museum curator Patrick (Dawson), who opens his eyes to a fascinating, complex new world.

Although Tom is attracted to Patrick, it is safer for him to marry Marion in a time when homosexuality is illegal.

As a result, Marion and Patrick can only share Tom until one of them explodes and the lives of all three are changed forever.

“My Policeman” will take the form of a flashback as Tom and Marion bring an elderly and infirm Patrick home, forcing them to revisit the seismic events of 40 years ago and recall the passionate love story between Tom and Patrick.
