“Wonder Woman 3‎” director Patty Jenkins denies rumors of refusing to change the script and quitting voluntarily

Previously, the media broke the news that the ‘Wonder Woman 3’ project was cancelled and other DCU projects also had poor prospects, and exposed the inside story that director Patty Jenkins had been offered the opportunity to revise the ‘Wonder Woman 3’ script, but she said no and left.

Recently, Patty Jenkins issued a statement on social media platforms denying rumors that she had refused advice and voluntarily left the ‘Wonder Woman 3’ project, saying that she just couldn’t do anything about it under the necessary changes that DC was making.

She also expressed her love for Gal Gadot and the Wonder Woman series, her gratitude for the past two films, her hope that fans will continue the blessing in the future, and her wish for a bright future for the ‘Wonder Woman’ character, with or without her own involvement.

Later, James Gunn commented below the statement, “I can testify that your meeting with me and Peter Safran was pleasant and professional.”
