‘Under the Banner of Heaven’ Starring Andrew Garfield, Daisy Edgar-Jones and More Announces It’s Launching April 28 on Hulu

Andrew Garfield’s limited-edition crime drama “Under the Banner of Heaven” has announced its broadcast date: it will hit Hulu on April 28 this year.

After a few years of hiatus, Andrew Garfield has come alive again with films such as “Tick, Tick…Boom!” “The Eyes of Tammy Faye” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home”.

Based on Jon Krakauer’s book of the same name, “Under the Banner of Heaven” follows a devout detective (Andrew Garfield) investigating a brutal murder that appears to involve a respected Utah family.

They are deeply involved in the fundamentalism of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have a great distrust of the government. The detective’s faith is put to the test during the investigation of the case.

Andrew Garfield plays an elder in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints dedicated to his church and family. But after coming into contact with a murder suspect, he began to question some of the church’s teachings.

Daisy Edgar-Jones as Brenda, a young loyalist of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who dies in a brutal murder.
