Short comment:

Violent, thrilling, and darkly beautiful, Matt Reeves’ “Batman” proves itself wonderfully in this series.

“Batman” is a gripping, gorgeous, and at times truly terrifying psychological crime thriller, in which Bruce Wayne is finally back as a detective.

Robert Pattinson’s Batman is very good, but Zoë Kravitz’s “Catwoman” and Paul Dano’s Riddler are even more impressive!

The film’s “Catwoman” Selina Kyle has a touching and layered performance, and Riddler is very unhinged and terrible.

Rotten Tomatoes score: 87% fresh

Average score at station M: 73 points

Some movie reviews:

Slashfilm: Do we need another ‘Batman’ remake? After watching Reeves’ splendid “The Batman”, the answer was a resounding yes: yes

“Variety”: This realistic, often brutal, nearly three-hour noir is one of the best in the genre, despite — or rather, because — what makes it so great , is its willingness to disassemble and examine the core concept of “superheroes”.

Groucho Reviews: Retaining the requisite action blockbuster elements, yet decisively going in the direction of a “pulp magazine novel”, this film is more of a Batman story than a Batman movie, which is an achievement in itself.

San Francisco Chronicle: All the bright spots in the movie together are not worth the delay, from start to finish is watching Pattinson beat people so fat they can’t hold their guns, “The Batman” is basically a bunch of bad ideas Collection.

“The Batman” will be released in China on March 18, directed by Matt Reeves of “Rise of the Planet of the Apes 2 and 3” and starring Robert Pattinson, Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Colin Farrell and other actors.

The story focuses on a young Batman who will expose corruption within Gotham City through a series of murders.
