“Shazam! Fury of the Gods” will be published comics, and into the DC comics works big sequence

Although the movie has not yet been released, the manga adaptation of “Shazam! Fury of the Gods‎” is already in the creative process. According to media reports, DC has enlisted Yehudi Mercado to draw the comic book and integrate it into the overall DC sequence.

It is reported that the comic will tell the story of Billy Batson in trouble at school, forced to become the new quarterback of the Fawcett Tigers, and in the process, will awaken new powers.

In the sequel film, Zachary Levi will continue to play Shazam, whose real name is William Joseph “Billy” Batson, grew up in an orphanage and was adopted.

He is an ordinary student with a strong sense of justice, the most disgusted by bullying people, so he was chosen by the mysterious sorcerer Shazam to become the defender of human morality, and thus was given the power of Shazam to use magic.

Previously, due to the epidemic, the filming of the film was postponed for a year. In this film, members of the Shazam family, Freddy Freeman, Darla Dudley, Mary Batson and Eugene Choi will all make an appearance.
