Peter Dinklage joins ‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes‎’ as Academy President Casca Highbottom

Peter Dinklage joins the prequel film ‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ to the ‘The Hunger Games’ series as Casca Highbottom, the director of the Academy, who sets the rules of the game and decides the fate of the students.

‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ stars Tom Blyth as the hero, Snow, Rachel Zegler as the heroine, Lucy, Josh Andrés Rivera as Sejanus Plinth, Snow’s close friend and mentor for the Second District Tribute, and Hunter Schafer as Tigris-Snow, Snow’s cousin and confidant, who guides and advises him on moral issues.
