DC ‘Black Canary‎’ filming normally, unaffected by the cancellation of ‘Batgirl’

After the ‘Batgirl’ hiatus, a spokesperson for Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc. confirmed to TVLine that the ‘Black Canary‎’ one-shot ‘Black Canary’, announced a year ago, is still on schedule.

Previously, HBO Max announced that it will create a ‘Black Canary’ one-shot, with Jurnee, who plays the role in ‘Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn’ Smollett stars and Misha Green (‘Lovecraft Country’) wrote the script.

DC Comics has two generations of Black Canary, mother-daughter partner Dinah Drake and Dinah Laurel Lance.

Black Canary is good at fighting, is a professional motorcyclist, gymnast, secret agent and scout, but also an excellent leader and tactician, has the superpower sonic attack “Canary Cry”, can hypnotize, interfere with the enemy, imitate any sound, penetrate metal.
