“Best Shape of My Life”: Will Smith’s fitness documentary is about to go online, losing 20 pounds in 20 weeks

Yesterday, the official trailer of actor Will Smith’s latest fitness documentary “Best Shape of My Life” was released on YouTube.

In the video, Smith talked about his mental health problems, and he admitted that he had wanted to commit suicide.

This YouTube original series has six episodes, recording the process of the “Man in Black” star losing 20 pounds and “reaching the best body in life” within 20 weeks.

“Best Shape of My Life” was taken while he was writing the forthcoming memoir “Will”.

Together, the two works can help everyone understand the life and mental health of this Hollywood star.

“When I started this show, I thought my physical condition was reaching the best state in my life, but mentally, I was not like that. I finally discovered a lot of secret things about myself,” Smith said.

After experiencing a physically and mentally challenging year of the epidemic, Smith started a high-intensity physical exercise to get himself back to his ideal physical state.

He began to question the behavior behind his success.

With the help of family and other friends, he described how his public image as Hollywood’s hottest action star serves as a defense mechanism for mental health.

In the trailer for “Best Shape of My Life”, Smith not only exercises, but also writes a book.

He said that the book “Will” “exposed my life and many things that people don’t know.”

The actor also mentioned his “the only time in my life that I ever considered suicide.” moment with his family.

The first two episodes of the documentary “Best Shape of My Life” will premiere on Monday, November 8, and the remaining four episodes will be broadcast daily on Will Smith’s official YouTube channel.

Smith’s first autobiography “Will” will also be on the shelves on November 9.

This five-day documentary screening is the second collaboration between Smith and YouTube Originals, the first being “Will Smith: The Jump”.

In a charity event in 2018, the actor bungee jumped from a helicopter over the Grand Canyon in Arizona to celebrate his 50th birthday.
